Option 2: Written Request
You may also submit a written request by mail to our address below. Please include your name, email address, and a statement requesting data deletion.
3. What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your data deletion request, we will:
• Verify your identity to ensure the request is authorized
• Process your request within 30 days of verification
• Confirm deletion via email once your data has been removed
• Notify you if any data must be retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations
4. Exceptions and Retained Data
Please note that we may be required to retain certain data even after a deletion request in order to comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or satisfy legal obligations. In such cases, we will inform you of what data is retained and why.
